Who We Are:
Tiger Investments is Princeton’s oldest student-run investing club, focusing on financial education and investment research. Our mission is to help members gain the foundational tools they need to navigate the investing world and to offer various opportunities to apply these skills.
What We Do:
Because education is one of our major focuses, many of our early meetings are focused on teaching our members the basics of fundamental analysis and financial modeling. Other core activities include investment research, analytical discussions, internal stock pitch presentations, and virtual portfolio management competitions. We also host educational networking events with several firms throughout the year.
The officer team has been working hard to continually improve every member’s experience. A few of the new opportunities and resources that we are putting together for Tiger Investments this year include:
- A Tiger Investments alumni directory
- Virtual bonding and social events
- Mentorship opportunities with upperclassmen
- Resume workshops and mock interviews
We will also be bringing speakers with experiences from different areas of finance (investment banking, venture capital, private equity, etc). The global pandemic has significantly impacted everyone’s lives, but we will try to make sure that students can still enjoy opportunities and events organized by Tiger Investments.
